OUR FEES & TERMS
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When appointments are booked, our therapist reserves the whole hour (or otherwise specified time allowance) especially for you. If you cannot make it, please give us 48 hours notice so that we may offer the allocated time to another person who may be waiting. This also ensures that we are not disadvantaged and can continue to provide our services.
We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation. You may call our office at any time, even after hours, as we do have an answering service that allows you to leave a message.
The following fees apply for non attendance:
• Non-attendance fee - Full Fee
• Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation of a session - 50% of full fee.
